| Abstract: | This paper explores the current situation of low-carbon cities' development and proposes some crucial ideas of and approaches to the low-carbon cities' construction.We think that only when the idea of systems engineering is applied in the strategic object and the design of constructing low-carbon cities,can the healthy,stable and comparatively speedy development of low-carbon economics be guaranteed for China's tomorrow. |
