摘    要:以AT89C52单片机为核心,扩展了人机接口、机电接口、通讯接口的水泥道板砖骨料定量加料控制系统.在相应软件的支持下,通过CBLGM—S/1500型拉压力传感器,检测加入混合料斗中骨料的总重量.经系统与预设参数判断比较,发出输出控制信号;经驱动电路放大后,控制3个加料斗的启闭.从而实现按比例自动精确加料.实验表明,该系统在相应程序的支持下合理可行。经济性好且系统电路简单.

Abstract:Taking AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the core, the authors extended the control system with human-machine interface and electromechanical interface and communications interface for guantitatively feeding raw materials in preparing aggregate of cement brick paving. With the support of corresponding software, the total weight of aggregate feeding in mixing bunker was detected by CBLGM-S/1 500 type sensor with tensil stress. After judging and comparing the system with preinstalled parameter, the signal of output control was delivered; after amplifying through drive circuit, start and stop of three bnnkers were controlled. Thus the proportionate and automatic and accurate feeding can be realized. As indicated by experiment, this system is rational and feasible with the support of corresponding program, it is rational in cost and simple in circuit of system.
