北京市现代服务业发展及其空间结构研究

基于2007~2010《北京市统计年鉴》、2009《北京市区域统计年鉴》、《全国第二次经济普查数据》和《北京市行政区域界限基础地理底图》,采用区位商等方法,分析北京市现代服务业的发展现状及其空间结构.研究表明,北京市现代服务业经济总量持续增长,综合效益好,竞争力优势明显;信息传输、计算机服务和软件业,金融业,房地产业,租赁和商务服务业和科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业是北京现代服务业的支柱产业,并且科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业,租赁和商务服务业和科学研究和金融业增长速度最快;北京现代服务业具有高劳动生产率,并且为社会提供了大量的就业机会;现代服务业主要分布在城市功能拓展区和首都功能核心区;北京市现代服务业在空间结构上呈现圈层特征.

Research on the Development of Beijing Modern Services and its Spatial Structure

Based on the statistical yearbook of Beijing from 2007 to 2009,2009 area statistical yearbook of Beijing,and the second economic census data,the paper adopted the location quotient methods to analyze the status and spatial structure on Beijing＇modern services. The results indicated that,firstly,economic aggregate of modern services in Beijing is rising constantly,comprehensive benefits is well and the advantages of competitive power are obvious. Secondly,information services,banking business,real estate,rental and commercial services,science and technology services are the pillar industry of Beijing＇modern services,and the speed of the development of science and technology services,commercial services and banking business are the fastest. Thirdly,it has a high labor productivity and provide a lot of employment opportunities in Beijing. Finally,Beijing＇modern services mainly distribute in Urban Function of Outdoor Area and Core Districts of Capital Function. spatial structure of Beijing＇ modern services took circle shaped pattern in Beijing.
