| 摘 要： | 股市是国民经济的睛雨表.股市的走势和股价的变化,是国家经济发展和公司发展的反映.自2002年6月以来,我国股票市场持续下跌,股市走势与国民经济发展严重背离,许多2002年以后上市的次新股在股市连续下跌中,已跌破发行价格,股票发行定价问题受到业内普遍关注.

| Abstract: | The stock market is the national economy's barometer.Walking of stock market is with the stock price's variety,and reflected the economy develops in a country and the companies develop.Since 2000 June,in our country the stock market keep on declining,and the stock market walking and national economy development to deviate from seriously,many 2000 later on time that appear on market new is in the stock market continue decline inside,have already fallen to break the issuance price,stock the issuance the list price problem to suffer the widespread concern of industry inside. |
