黄瓜子叶组培中器官发生的全息现象

摘    要:以黄瓜子叶的1/2切块和1/3切块为外植体,用不同激素处理进进行芽器官诱导和发根培养。现黄瓜子叶切块在离体培养时同样存在全息现象,无论是芽的诱导是根的分化,其器官发生的部位以及器官发生的数量、频率的梯度变化都遵循生物全息律。

Abstract:The structure and function of each separated part of an organism were proportionably reduced as in the whole,and it was called the bio-holographic phenomenon.In this article, we had followed the holographic phenomenon of cucumber cotyledon in in vitro culture and explored its progression. By cutting cucumber cotyledon into two or three pieces and inducing their sprouting or rooting using hormones, we found that in in vitro culture 1/2 or 1/3 sections had shown holographic phenomenon, their position,variation of number and frequency of organogenesis all conformed to the holographic laws.
