| Abstract: | The mean square error formula about the internal variable fluctuating of the linear non-equilibrium system is derived and founded, and the conditions of the stableness is given. The related relations among the mean square error, the entropy equilibrium equation,the relax time and other thermal mechanics variables are also discussed. |
