| 摘 要： | 对秦岭柴胡中所含总黄酮成分进行提取,并利用化学方法及光谱分析对其中3个成分的化学结构作了鉴定,确定其为芸香甙(A),水仙甙(B)及槲皮素(C)。

| Abstract: | The extraction and identification of the flavonoids for Bupleurum longieaule wall. ex DC. vat. giraldii wolff are reported. On the basis of the chemical methods and spectroscopic analysis, three of the flavonoids are obtained and identified as rutin(A), narcissin(B) and quercetin (G). |
