流线型喷嘴湍流射流结构与动量特性的试验研究

摘    要:本试验研究是将空气通过风机送往稳定箱,稳定后经过流线型喷嘴产生高速射流射入大气,射流马赫数Ma=0.141,雷诺数Re=8.48×10~4。试验结果表明,射流结构由初始段和基本段组成。初始段中,无因次速度不存在相似性;基本段中无因次速度具有相似性。初始段中聚能效果好,具有较大的冲击性和切割性;基本段中聚能效果差,无切割性,但速度分布均匀。因此,在工业上,不同用途时应采用射流的不同区段。

Abstract:In this experimental study air is pushed through a compressor to a reservoir. Steady air jets out through a streamline nozzle to the atmos-phere, producing jet flow with a high velocity. The test results show that the structure of jet flow includes the beginning section and the basic one. In the beginning section there is no similarity between dimensionless velocity distributions, the energy is concentrated well, and the blowing and cutting capacities are great. In the basic section the dimensionless velocity distrubu-tions are similar, and the energy is concentrated badly. The jet flow with a uniform velocity distribution works in the absence of blowing and cutting capacities. The test shows that the different sections of the jet flow should be used for different applications in industry.
