| 摘 要： | 理想的视频服务是将视频嵌入在网页中，一旦服务器收到用户的服务请求，便使用流传输的方式迅速即时传送，保证客户端能实时收看。当前大量视频流编码和伪流编码技术，仅能在局域网或企业内部网中运行时获得良好的性能，ＭＰＥＧ４ 对视频可伸缩性编码可以解决网络中存在的多样性问题。

| Abstract: | Ideally, video and audio should be streamed across the Internet from the server to the client in response to a client request for a Web page containing videos. Currently streaming video solutions may work on intranet well, but for Internet use, they're simply dysfunctional. Below I describe the MPEG4 standard currently underway, which are attempting to solve some of the problems caused by network limitations. The key means to solve those problems is to adapt heterogeneous network dynamically. MPEG4 uses Scalable Coding to approach that. |
