穿棒法磁粉探伤的分析

摘    要:本文利用重复镜像法获得了“穿棒法”的二维场模型的解析解.由此证明了在一定条件下若电流偏心,可以在有限范围内使磁场强度有所增强;本文分析讨论了国内外几种磁扮探伤标准中存在的缺陷;以及C.Edwards 和S.B.Palmer 两人认为“磁扬强度与芯棒位置无关”的看法.解析解并为制定合理的标准和正确运用电流偏心法提供理论依据.

Abstract:An analytical solution of the two-dimensional field model for the thread- ing bar method is obtained.It is shown that under certain conditions the magnetic field can be enhanced to some extent in a limited regiyn by means of a non-central bar.The view point of C.Edwards and S.B.Palmer that the magnetic field induced in a tubular component by a threading bar is inde- pendent of its position is found to be incorrect.And besides,we have also analyzed the mistakes aud defects existing in the current standards of magne- tic particle flaw detection.The solution can also provide a theoretical basis for working out reasonable stand standards and making corrections to non- central bar.
