东北地区近代图书馆社会教育职能的研究

在对大量东北近代图书馆相关史料梳理的基础上,阐明了近代图书馆社会教育职能是当时图书馆工作中最重要的一条生命线。同时又以近代社会教育兴起为契机,详细考证了东北近代图书馆在隶属、规章制度、藏书情况、服务项目等多个层面上所体现的社会教育职能,从而鲜明地折射出近代图书馆在近代社会教育中的主导地位。充分证明了图书馆以其特有的社会教育职能,在提高国民素质和人才培养方面发挥了不可替代的作用。

A Study on Social Education Function of Northeast Modern Libraries

Based on a large number of historical materials related to the modern library,we can find that modern library's social education function is the most important lifeline in the library.In this paper,it takes the rise of modern social education as an opportunity to verify details of the northeast modern library's membership,regulations,books,services,and others,which reflects its social education function,thus clearly reflects the leading position of modern library in the modern social education.With its unique social education function,realities have proved that the libraries is irreplaceable in improving the quality of the people and personnel training.
