| 摘 要： | 通过对龙王河流域水质现状评价及主要污染源分析，针对其存在的突出问题，按照目标、总量、项目、投资四位一体的小流域控制思路，本着治、用、保相结合的原则，提出了优化产业结构、污染源治理、废水资源化、生态保护等一系列综合治理对策。

| Abstract: | By assessing the existing water quality and analying the main pollution sources of longwang river valley,in view of the conspicuous problem,according to the river balley's control idea of target,total quantity,project,investment and the principle of harness,useness and pretection,we proposed series of comprehensive harness coutermeasures of optimizing set-up of production,pollution sources harness,waste waster resourceness,ecologic protection. |
