| 摘 要： | 采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验，对L-抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯（AS）在生物体中的抗诱变作用进行了研究．结果表明：AS剂量与微核率之间存在剂量反应关系，随AS剂量的增加，微核率呈下降趋势．

| Abstract: | To investigate the bone marrow in mice were antimutagenicity by AS test.The result shows: the dependent crease in micronucleus rate of bone marrow was observed in inhalation and ingestion groups as compared with negative control group,especially in the inhalation group.Conclusion Inhalation and ingestion of AS has antimutagenicity. |
