钨合金球侵彻多层等间隔硬铝靶实验研究

摘    要:进行了钨合金球侵彻多层等间隔硬铝靶的实验研究。获得了钨合金球贯穿靶板层数与撞击速度的关系。通过对球撞靶速度、靶板破坏模式、球变形和冲塞的观测,给出了钨合金球的临界破碎条件,建立了球变形的近似计算式和贯穿靶板的理论计算公式。实验结果与理论计算值吻合较好。并对钨球和钢球破片侵彻多层间隔硬铝靶进行了对比分析。

Abstract:Multi-layered space plates of aluminum alloy penetrated by a tungsten sphere is experimentally investigated. The relationship between the number of plates perforated by the tungsten shpere and impact velocities are obtained.On the basis of the observation of the impact velocity, modes of destruction of the plates, deformation of spheres and plugs critical condition of rupture of the sphere are given, and theoretical formulas of calculation for the sphere's deformation and perforation of plates are established. Satisfactory correspondence is obtained between th eexperimental results and the calculated values. The multi-layered plates when perforated by steel sphere and tungsten sphere respectively are compared and analyzed.
