| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对中国油莱产业的有利影响是直接的，不利影响是闻接的；《转基因生物安全管理条例》有望成为我国政府调控大豆和油菜进口的微调旋纽，将为我国油菜产业应对激烈的国际竞争赢得时间。入世后，我国油菜产业：肾进入稳步发展时期，中国仍将继续保持全球油菜生产和加工大国的地位，油菜产品的成本将逐步降低，产品的品质将逐步与国际接轨，产业竞争力不断增强；我国油菜产业参与国际竞争的主要形式是通过发展我国油菜生产以减少对国外油莱及制品的进口。

| Abstract: | Entering WTO will give direct favorable benefits and inderect unfavorable benefits to China's rape industry.Rules of Safety Management of Transgenetic Organism are expected to become the trimming knob for Chinese goverment to control the import of soybean and rape,which will gain enough time to handle the intense international competition for China's rape industry.After entering WTO,China's rape industry will get into a steadily developmental stage and China will continue to maintain a powerful country in rape manufacturing and processing in the world.The cost of rape products is going to gradually decrease. |
