| 摘 要： | 本文从临港产业和空间结构两个角度人手，根据临港产业发展阶段和港口城市空间结构的演变过程，将港口对城市发展的影响划分为三个阶段．在此基础上，对我国辽宁营口市港城发展进行实证研究，认为营口港对营口经济技术开发区的影响处于中级化阶段，为更好地促进营口经济技术开发区港城发展还提出了相关建议和举措．

| Abstract: | According to the stage of the port industry development and the evolution of the harbor city's space structure,divided the influence stage of the port on the city's development into three phases.Based on this study,we can set YING KOU port in LIAO NING province as an example to illustrate the influence phases that we divided,and fix its influence at the intermediate stage.Moreover,we pose several relevant suggests and acts to promote the connection between YING KOU port and YING KOU developing area. |
