粒化碱性高炉矿渣中原始矿物相的形成研究

摘    要:研究了粒化碱性高炉矿渣中晶出原始矿物相的类型与矿渣化学成分之间的关系.结果表明:不同化学成分的矿渣当加热温度高于700℃以上时,莫硅镁钙石首先结晶析离,并随温度的升高转化为黄长石.黄长石的结构参数,按其化学成分是在钙铝黄长石和镁黄长石之间变化,黄长石作为原始矿物相在碱性矿渣中比较罕见.

Abstract:This paper studies the relationship between the primary mineral phase separation and the recrystallisation reaction of granulated blast-furnace slags with that difierent chemical compositions. Carefully controlled investigations show The reerystallisation behaviour of granulated blast-furnace snag with different chemical compositions show that during the heating first merwinite crystallized at approx. 750℃ and eonverted to melilite with rising temperatures. Depending on the chemical composition the structural parameters of the melilite vary in the range between gehlenite and mernite. Melilitic separation and melilite as a primary phase are very rare.
