乙苯精馏塔的数学模拟分析

摘    要:从脱苯的烃化液中分离乙苯是组分较复杂的分离过程。本文选用SHBWR状态方程作为汽一液平衡模型及焓差模型,采用三对角矩阵法,用BASIC语言编程序,在IBM-PC微机上,对乙苯精馏过程进行数学模拟所得结果与生产实际相吻合。

Abstract:The separation of ethyl-benzene from the hydrocarbon product afttr removal of benzene is a complicated multicomponent rectification process. In this paper the mathematical simulation of ethyl-benzene rectification process is made on a IBM -PC micro-computer by applying tridigonal matrix method in which vepor-liguid equilibrium model-SHBWR state equation and enthalpy model are employed,and a BASIC program is given. The simulation results are satisfactory, compared with practical results.
