| 摘 要： | 综述了国外对农产品光特性品质检测的研究和应用.阐明了品质检测原理,分析了影响光特性测定的因素,简介了建立品质评价因子的方法,并介绍了几种典型的应用实例.对于发展我国农产品品质检测技术具有一定的参考价值.
