网络金融侵财型犯罪及应对机制研究

随着金融领域计算机信息网络技术的广泛开发和应用,利用计算机信息网络针对金融业实施的侵犯财产型犯罪也随之增多,社会危害日益严重。从分析金融领域计算机网络侵犯财产型犯罪的特点和成因出发,进而在管理、技术、机制、立法等措施方面着手,提出建立和完善预防、打击和惩罚金融计算机侵犯财产型犯罪的长效应对机制,以更好地打击犯罪,保护金融安全,维护金融秩序。

Research into network financial crimes and their countermeasures

With the wide development and application of computer information network technology in the financial field, the financial crimes by use of computer information network technology increase, which endanger the society seriously. This paper analyses the characteristics and causes of financial crimes by use of computer information network technology and puts forward the countermeasures against the financial crimes from the perspectives of management, technology, mechanism, legislation, etc. to protect the financial security and keep the financial order.
