复方联苯苄唑液实验室抑菌试验研究

摘    要:目的研究复方联苯苄唑液的抑菌效果及组方的科学合理性,用于临床治疗皮肤癣菌病.方法用11种88株临床常见的标准菌株,采用体外抑菌试验的药基法,同单方联苯苄唑和达克宁霜的MIC体外抑菌试验对比研究.结果复方联苯苄唑液对念珠菌、红色毛癣菌、须癣菌、疣状毛癣菌、紫色毛癣菌、许兰氏黄癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌及犬小孢子菌的MIC均小于单方联苯苄唑及迭克宁.结论复方联苯苄唑液的组方科学合理,各组份有协同抑菌作用,可用于临床治疗皮肤癣菌病.

Abstract:Objective To invest the bacteriostasis effect of Bifonazole Solution Compound and its components are scientific and reasonable to treat skin tinea disease.Methods 11 species 88 strains common clinical standard strains by dilution method are used to compare the MIC of the bacteriostasis test in vitro of Bifonazole Solution Compound with those of Bifonazole Solution Simplex and Miconazole Nitrate Cream.Results The MIC of Bifonazole Solution Compound is lower than those of Bifonazole Solution Simplex and Miconazole Nitrate Cream to Candida, Trichophton Rubrum, Trichphton gypseum, Trichophton Verrucosum, Trichophton Violaceum, Trichophton Schoenleinii, Trichophton Floccosum and Microsporum Canis.Conclusion The components of Bifonazole Solution Compound is scientific and reasonable. Each part has synergy bacteriostasis. It can be used to treat clinical skin tinea disease
