仿生种植牙模型的三维有限元分析与结构优化

摘    要:目的:研究不同弹性模量和厚度的仿生牙周膜对仿生种植牙模型骨界面应力分布的影响,优化仿生种植牙模型的结构.方法:对仿生种植牙三维有限元模型施加100N的载荷,应用三维有限元方法,分别对6种不同弹性模量和5种不同厚度的仿生牙周膜的仿生种植牙三维有限元模型的骨界面进行应力分析.结果:当仿生牙周膜弹性模量为689MPa、膜厚0.25mm左右时,骨界面上的应力最小且分布均匀.结论:在仿生种植牙模型中,取仿生牙周膜厚为0.25mm、弹性模量为689MPa时,能达到模型的结构优化.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of different bionic periodontal membrane modulus of elasticity and thickness on the stress distribution of bone interface of the model of bionic dental implant,to optimize the structure on the model of bionic dental implant.Method: Three-dimension finite element analysis method was used to analyze the stress distribution on the bone interface of bionic dental implant,and a force load of 100N was applied on the models with bionic periodontal membrane of six different modulus of elasticity and five different thickness.Results: The minimum and even stress distribution of bone interface was gained,if modulus of elasticity and thickness of bionic periodontal membrane were about 689MPa and 0.25mm,respectively.Conclusion: The structure on the model of bionic dental implant could be optimized if modulus of elasticity and thickness of bionic periodontal membrane were about 689MPa and 0.25mm,respectively.
