异形钢纤维增强磨细矿渣混凝土力学性能的试验研究

摘    要:在磨细矿渣高强混凝土基体中掺入几种异形钢纤维配制出钢纤维高强混凝土 ;对不同外形钢纤维超高强混凝土的力学性能进行了试验研究与分析 ;试验表明 :增大两个端部的钢纤维较之改变轴线形状和变截面两者增强效益更优 ,钢纤维混凝土的棱柱体抗压强度与立方体抗压强度之比比素混凝土的低 10 %左右 ;文中指出由基体混凝土强度预测钢纤维混凝土强度的现有公式不适用于描述钢纤维对高强与超高强混凝土的增强规律 ,并根据试验结果对钢纤维高强混凝土抗压强度的计算公式进行了探讨与建议

Abstract:The steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete have compounded with different form steel fibers and micro-slag; Have carried on the more overall contrast to study and analyze to the mechanics performance of different form steel fibre reinforced micro-slag high-strength concrete. The test results demonstrate that the fibers of enlarged ends were to be more effective than the fibers of changed axis form and section in enhancing the mechanics behavior of concrete, and the ratio of prism compressive strength to cube strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete is smaller than that of plain concrete. The present formula to compute the strengths of steel fibre reinforced concrete from that of the primary concrete is no longer suitable for describing the enhancement law to the steel fibre reinforced high-strength and ultralhigh-strength concretes, the influence of the strength of the primary concrete was preliminary discussed according to test results.
