网络应用在给人们带来巨大利益的同时,也带来了一系列负面影响.文章指出若干负面影响,包括在社会方面的侵蚀文化、颠覆政权和弱化法律,在组织方面的入出不平、网络依赖和监督困难,在个人方面的权利侵犯、身体伤害和网络沉溺等;分析了产生负面影响的原因,包括技术缺陷、伦理滞后、法律差异和社会差距;并从技术、教育、法律和国际合作等方面提出了相应的对策.

Negative effects of the network application

The network brings people not only the enormous profits but also a series of negative effects. In this paper, some negative effects are first discussed including the encroaching culture,carrying on the activities concerning overthrowing regime and weakening law in view of the society; causing imbalance between investment and profit, overreliance on network and difficulty in supervision in view of the organizations; infringing rights, harming health and indulgence in network in view of the individuals. Then the causes such as the limitations of technology, lag of moral principles, difference of laws and gap of society are analyzed. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are advanced from the aspects of the technology, education, laws and international cooperation.
