| Abstract: | The traditional thought model of the coal enterprises has bigger inf luence on the managerial system of the enterprises. The enterprises should trans form traditional managerial system by using the modern managerial thought, renew the thought of the managerial system of enterprises, and alter the contents of existing managerial system of the coal enterprises. |
