| 摘 要： | 从制动器制动全过程的动态仿真角度出发,重点考察了鼓式制动器摩擦系数、凸轮偏置角和摩擦片包角对制动器制动效能的影响.正交仿真试验分析表明:上述三个因素对制动器效能因数的影响按大小次序是摩擦系数、凸轮偏置角和摩擦片包角.制动器的效能因数随三个因素取值的增加而增大,同时,制动效能因数对摩擦系数的敏感性显著增大,而对凸轮偏置角及摩擦片包角的敏感性却在降低.这将为以后的制动器优化奠定基础.
