蒜头果果仁中7种金属元素含量的测定

摘    要:采用湿法硝酸—高氯酸对蒜头果果仁进行了消解前处理,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法( ICPAES)测定了蒜头果果仁中Al、Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Zn7种金属元素的含量.结果表明,7种元素含量分别为18.65μg/g,192.6μg/g,9.946μg/g,12.12 mg/g,2.259 mg/g,25.55μg/g和23.46 μg/g.元素的检出限为0.0012~0.169 8 μg/mL,RSD=1.04%~7.58% (n=5),回收率为97.49%~109.6%.建立了蒜头果果仁中7种金属元素含量测定方法.该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠.

Abstract:Seed samples of Malania oleifera were pretreated by HNO3-HClO4 digestion and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) for contents of seven metallic elements including Al,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Mn and Zn.The results showed that contents of seven metal elements were 18.65 μg/g,192.6 μg/g,9.946 μg/g,12.12 mg/g,2.259 mg/g,25.55 μg/g and 23.46 μg/g,respectively.The detection limit of each element was 0.001 2~0.160 9 μg/mL,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=5) was 1.04%~7.58%,and the recovery ratio of spiked sample was 97.49%~109.6%.A determination method for contents of seven metallic elements in Malania oleifera was established.The method was simple and rapid while the determined results were accurate and credible.
