摘    要:为了提高铝的硬度及耐蚀性能,利用硫酸阳极氧化法对铝板材进行表面处理。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和滴碱试验等对获得的氧化膜进行观察和性能分析。结果表明,铝硫酸阳极氧化膜具有多孔性,氧化膜主要以非晶态的形式存在,膜厚度处于5~19μm。随着阳极氧化时槽电压、电流密度和氧化时间的增加,氧化膜的厚度、耐蚀性和硬度增加;提高电解液温度和浓度,氧化膜的硬度、耐蚀性和厚度则下降。对氧膜化进行PTFE涂膜后处理能有效地改善氧化膜的多孔结构。

Abstract:In order to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of Al,the surface of Al plate was treated by the anodic oxidation method.The oxide films were observed by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,and the property were analyed by micro hardness tester and alkali drops test.The results indicate that the films formed are porous,mainly in the form of amorphous;the thickness of the film are 5~19 μm.With the increase of bath voltage,current density and oxidation time of the anodic oxidation,oxidation film thickness,corrosion resistance and hardness are increased;with the increase of electrolyte concentration and temperature,the hardness,corrosion resistance and thickness of the oxide film are declined.To improve the porous structure of the oxide film,the surface of oxide film was treated with PTFE films.The results indicate that the PTFE films can effectively improve the structure of the oxide film porous.
