The resemblance of the history and culture between Japan and China cultivates the similar literary style of those two countries.Shimazaki Touson and Zhang Ziing,outstanding writers of naturalism literatuare from Japan and China respectively,have commonality and conflict,learning and imitation as well in literary creation.Through penetrating into path of their literature life,the thesis aims to expound the different images of women in the eyes of those two writers by demonstrating the difference of their ideas about the liberation and love of women.
