国内企业社会责任理论研究综述

近年来企业社会责任研究已经成为当今社会研究的热点问题之一。文章对企业社会责任引入我国的原因、内涵的理解、研究视角、标准和指标体系、现状与对策进行梳理,提出强化政府引导和监督、加强行业自律行为、提高企业家修养等完善企业社会责任等对策。

Review of Theoretical Study of Corporate Social Responsibility in China

In recent years,the study of corporate social responsibility has become one of the hot topics in current social study.This paper explores the cause of introducing CSR into China,the understanding of its meaning,research perspective,standards and index system,the current status,and countermeasures.Then it advances some proposals to improve the corporate social responsibility,including strengthening government guidance and supervision,enhancing the self-discipline behaviors,and bettering the overall quality of the entrepreneurs.
