摘    要:采用高温固相反应法合成了Eu2和Mn2共掺杂的BaMgAl10O17∶(Eu2+,Mn2)荧光粉,并对其发光特性进行了研究.研究表明,在共掺杂体系中,存在着Eu2到Mn2的高效的能量传递.文章在实验的基础上,以Forster - Dexter的能量传递理论为依据,对体系中可能的能量传递机制进行了讨论.结果表明,电偶极-...

Abstract:The BaMgAl10O17:(Eu2+,Mn2+) phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid-reaction method.The luminescence performance of these phosphors was investigated,and the probabilities of energy transfer in Eu2+ and Mn2+ co-doped system are calculated with the help of Forster-Dexter Theory.The results can well explain the energy transfer phenomena happened in BaMgAl10O17:(Eu2+,Mn2+) system.The Eu2+→Mn2+ energy transfer by dipole-quadruple interaction is dominated in doped Forster-Dexter system.
