| Abstract: | Water is one of the necessary natural resources and environmental resources for human society to survive and develop;water crisis has seriously hampered economic and social sustainable development.Dezhou is a resources-induced water shortage region,where water supply and demand imbalance,less per capita possession of water resources,uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources and low utilization rate of water use have seriously hampered the sustainable development of Dezhou.By building the index system of water resources sustainable evaluation,it expect to find the main problems in the utilization of water resources in Dezhou at the present stage,and offer solutions to the sustainable use of water resources and provide the theoretical reference for the formulation of regional water resources sustainable use scheme. |
