摘    要:利用旋转水中熔体急冷法制备出表面光滑、光泽明亮的Fe_(71.5)Cr_(1.5)V_2Si_(10)B_(15)非晶金属丝。非晶丝的直径为100—200μm,丝的圆度达0.96,线性均匀度达0.98,丝长度大于25m。讨论了喷射温度、喷射速度、转筒速度及冷却液层厚度等因素对非晶丝的长度、圆度及均匀度的影响,为进一步研制高性能非晶丝提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Continuous amorphous Fe71.5Cr1.5V2Si10B15 wires were prepared by means of spinning the rotating melts in water. Wires prepared have a smooth surface with white lustre. The diameters are in the range of 100 to 200um with cross-sectional roundness about 0.96, linear uniformity 0.98 and length over 25m. The effects of such parameters as spinning jet temperature, spinning and rotating drum speeds and thickness of coolant layer on wire's roundness, length and uniformity are discussed.
