低功率单轴超声驻波悬浮原理与实验实现

摘    要:现有单轴式超声驻波悬浮由于未考虑超声振子的最优电声转化效率,通常需要辅助专门的功率放大器才能实现大功率声悬浮。本研究发展了一套利用交流阻抗法测定超声谐振子最佳工作频率的方法,并利用普通的声速测定仪,将超声谐振腔的共振频率与超声振子的谐振频率相匹配,实现了功率放大器不参与的毫瓦量级的两波节超声悬浮,为低功率超声悬浮的实现提供了新方案。

Abstract:Since the optimal electroacoustic conversion efficiency is not considered in the existing uniaxial ultrasonic standing wave suspension, special auxiliary power amplifier is usually needed to realize the high power acoustic suspension. In this work, a method of AC impendance to determine the optimal operating frequency of ultrasonic resonator was develped. By matching the frequency of ultrasonic cavity with the optimal frequency, a milliwatt-level two-node ultrasonic levitation even was realized in a common experimental apparatus of Sound velocity measuring where the auxiliary power amplifier is absence. This work presents a new approach to low-intensity ultrasonic levitation.
