| 摘 要： | 在我国建设和谐社会的实践中,企业作为社会的细胞和微观活动的主体,必须确立科学的财务管理目标.通过分析和谐社会对企业财务管理的要求,提出“相关者利益最大化“作为企业财务管理目标,不仅适应社会主义市场经济的要求,而且符合社会主义和谐社会建设方向.

| Abstract: | In the process of developing harmonious society,enterprise,as a microeconomic entity must meet the requirement of social environment.This paper analyzes the requirements of harmonious society for the financial management of enterprises and points out that benefit maximization for stakeholders should be taken as the goal of financial management,which does not only satisfy the demand of socialist market economy but also promote the construction of harmonious society. |
