摘    要:农村小学教师素质偏低,主要表现在:教师职业意识淡漠,缺乏先进的教育理念,教育教学能力较差,学习精神淡薄,缺乏研究、探索精神及能力。提高小学教师素质有利于农村学生的发展,有利于课程改革的顺利进行,有利于教师的专业成长和个人价值的实现。提高农村小学教师素质的策略主要有:提高农村小学教师对职业重要性的认识,提高农村小学教师角色意识和角色实践自觉性,提高新课程培训的实效性等。

Abstract:Rural primary school teachers' poor professional qualities are mainly demonstrated by the following aspects; weak professional awareness,obsolete conceptions of education,camparatively poor tecahing capactiy,low learning spirit,and less researching and inquiring minds and ability. The advantages of raising their professional qualities include the following: to help the development of the rural pupils,to help to carry on the on - going curriculum reform,to facilitate the teachers' professional growth,and to help to realize the teachers'indivedual values. The measures to be taken to improve their professional qualities are 1) to make them know the importance of teaching work ,2) to raise their consciousness of role - awareness and role - play as teachers,3)to enhance the practical effects of the curriculum training.
