| 摘 要： | 我国自主创新体系是一个复杂的系统,具有构成要素的多元性特征,要素之间协同突现特征,结构多层次特征,系统与外在环境互塑特征,并且它的演化也是有规律的。该系统要素、结构、环境的构建水平直接决定了我国自主创新水平。

| Abstract: | our country independent innovation is a complex system,which is multiplex in component elements,which has protrudent feature between elements and has mutual mold feature between the system and the environment,whose evolvement is disciplinary.the constructal level of the system's elements,construction and environment decide our country's independent innovation level. |
