| 摘 要： | 在分析厦门市发展服务外包产业意义的基础上,从创业环境、区位优势、产业空间、政府重视、专业人才等方面阐述了厦门发展服务外包产业的有利条件与存在问题;并结合目标、分析需求,从整合资源、分工协作、高校的人才培养和政府的引导与支持等方面对厦门市如何打造海西服务外包中心城市提出了对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the significance,the positive conditions and problems for Xiamen to grow into the Outsourcing Service Center for Haixi Economic Zone from the aspects of the enterprising environment,developmental potentials,government and professionals,and offers goals and need analysis and solutions in terms of resource use,responsibility division,personnel training in university and college and government support. |
