规避“乌龙指”的用户体验思路与构想

股市交易“乌龙指”事件往往事发突然，会造成行情剧烈波动，股市的交易安全得不到保障，对股市、股民危害都非常大．分析“乌龙指”事件的成因，利用六西格玛管理学理论中的入一物一境法方案分析影响因素，并由此提出改进方案，从各个层面提出规避“乌龙指”事件的措施．

The idea and assumption for avoiding ＂fat-finger＂ event

In the stock exchange, ＂fat-finger＂ event always happens suddenly, which may cause sharp fluctuations to the market and thus the security of the stock market transactions cannot l~e guaranteed. It is very harmful to the stock market and the investors as well. Therefore, herein this article, the influencing factors of manpower-machine-environment-method are analyzed by using the theory of Six Sigma, and the solutions on how to avoid ＂fat-finger＂ event are also put forward from all aspects to make the stock exchange safer than before.
