| 摘 要： | 成就动机理论、情绪认知理论、归因理论等心理学理论指导下的激励教育，在中等职业学校中促进学生全面发展有更大的现实意义。欣赏学生则是激励教育的众多策略中的一条基本实践策略，它可以有效地提高教育教学效果，达到学生与教师共同成长与发展的最高教育境界。
