民族地区教师专业化途径的目标取向

摘    要:民族地区基础教育的特性就决定了教师专业化的途径指向合格教师途径、班主任途径、骨干教师途径。有效研修的特征在于在校本实施过程中加强目标管理,从教师的职业道德、主体精神、知识能力基础、科研能力等内涵性培养方面去展开活动。

Abstract:The characteristics of basic education in minority areas determine the teachers' specialized approaches should point to qualified teachers,teachers in charge of the class and core teachers.The effective study and training lies in strengthening objective management in the process of implementation,and carrying out the related activities from teachers' professional ethics,subjects' spirit,knowledge capability base,research ability and so on.
