基于IPC的六轴刀具磨床CNC系统

摘    要:依据对复杂形状刀具的CNC磨削提出的基本要求 ,开发了基于开放式IPC的CNC六轴五联动刀具磨床控制系统 ,其主要技术特点为 :使硬件模块标准化和软件模块层次化 ,通过公共数组的信息交换来调度实时中断多任务 ,以及用化整为零的策略解决串行口及CRT的实时性问题 .CNC系统已用来控制磨床加工出圆锥球头立铣刀试件

Abstract:Based on the requirements of CNC grinding process for complex shaped tools, an IPC based open architecture 6 axis CNC system is developed. The system is characterized by a hardware standardization and a software hierarchy. The real time multitask interruption is controlled by information exchange between public arrays, and the real time control problems of serial interface and CRT solved by the strategy of all small parts. The developed CNC system has been used to control the grinding machine to grind the ball end cone mill.
