检测和校准实验室能力认可准则在实验动物检测领域应用说明的详解

摘要: 实验动物检测是中国合格评定国家认可委员会( CNAS) 对实验室的认可领域之一。在该领域，实验动物作为检测对象和实验对象，广泛应用于食品、医药、卫生防疫、生物安全、动物检疫、农业、化工、环境保护等学科。为了进一步规范该领域实验室认可活动的一致性、有效性，CNAS 特制定了检测和校准实验室能力认可准则在实验动物检测领域应用说明( CNAS-CL58) 。本文对该应用说明的相关要求进行了重点解读，包括组织、服务和供应品的采购、记录的控制、管理评审的管理要素和人员、设施和环境条件、方法、检测和校准物品( 样品) 的处置、检测和校准结果质量保证的技术要素。

The Clearly Explain of Guidance on the Application of Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria in the Field of Lab-Animal Testing

Abstract: The Lab-Animals testing is one of the laboratory accreditation field of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment( CNAS) ． The Lab-Animals as testing objects and subjects，which are widely used in food，medicine，health and epidemic prevention，biological safety，animal quarantine，agricultural and chemical industry，environmental protection and other disciplines． In order to standardize the consistency and effectiveness of the laboratory accreditation field，CNAS formulated the Guidance on the Application of Laboratory Competence Accreditation Criteria in the Field of Lab-Animal Testing ( CNAS-CL58) ． This paper toured explain the related requirements on the application， including organization， services and supplies procurement，the control of records，management review，personnel，facilities and environmental conditions，methods，the disposition of testing and calibration items， the quality assurance of testing and calibration result．
