屏障环境设施指标动态变化的研究

摘要: 目的探讨屏障设施动态运行状况。方法对第三军医大学实验动物中心等单位的屏障设施内环境，按照国家《实验动物环境与设施GB 14925 － 2010》标准，对温湿度、噪声、照度、空气洁净度、最小静压差、空气菌落数、氨浓度等指标进行了静态和不同时段的动态检测。结果有些指标静态和动态情况下无显著变化，有些指标如空气洁净度、空气菌落数等变化较大。结论通过动物设施的环境检测，掌握了影响其变化的因素，可通过加强管理来保障动物环境设施的有效运行。

Studies on the Dynamic Changes on Indicators of Environment of the Barrier Facilities

Abstract: Objective To study dynamic environment status of laboratory animal facilities． Method The environment indicators were detected dynamically in the barrier facilities according to the national standards of laboratory animal． Ｒesult Some environmental indicators are changed， some are unchanged compared to no animal status． Conclusion Dynamic environmental indicators monitoring provides important data for the maintaining of the barrier facilities．
