The Moddel for Analysing Residence Development Strategies and its Implementation on Computer

This paper present the model for analysing residence development strategies and its implementation on computer. And it describes a method for creating this model. We have the aid of the system dynamics and atempt to establish a method which organic-lly integrates system theory, quantitative and computer knowledge. In accordance with the residence development background in Wa Fang Dian city, we lanch this study. By demonstlatiag some examples on computer, it prove that this model is effective tool for decision maker to analyse residence development strategies.
