摘    要:提出一种制备硫酸铜的新工艺。该工艺是使用一种新型铜蚀助剂,使紫铜在稀硫酸溶液中迅速被空气氧化而制备工业硫酸铜。该工艺反应温度低(40~100℃),速度快,母液全部循环利用,原料利用率高,工艺流程短,设备投资少,操作简单,能耗低,无环境污染,产品质量达到国标GB437-80一级品质量要求。

Abstract:This paper presents a new technology of manufaturing cupric sulfate. This technology uses a new catalyst to make copper oxidized by air in a dilute sulfuric acid solution and thus to prepare industrial cupric sulfate. The charactiritics of this technology are:the reaction temperature is low (40~100℃)and the reaction rate is fast,the solution can be used in circulation and the efficiency of using raw materials is high,the technological process is short and the investment of installation is inexpensive,while the control is simple,the consumption of energy is low and there is no environmental pollution. Its product reached the high quality standard of GB437-80.
