摘    要:本文报道水质的不同PH值及不同浓度的化学物质对褶纹冠蚌心脏搏动的影响。试验蚌采用保持完整围心腔的在体原位心脏,经压电换能装置记录心脏搏劝波形,测得收缩幅度和心搏率,计算心脏工作量,作为衡量其生活力强弱的依据。试验结果表明,水质的不同PH值、不同化学物质及其不同浓度,对蚌的生活力有一定影响。

Abstract:The present paper deals with the effect of different pH and different concentration of chemical substances in water (such as NH3, NH4Cl, CdCl2, CaCl2, KCl and NaCl) on heart-beat of freshwater clam Cristaria plicata Leach.A shell in cardiac region near the umbo of the studied clam was bored a hole about 2cm in diameter and its viscera wasn't harmed. The heart of clam was kept completely in vivo and in original place of its pericardial cavity. When the detector of Piezoclectric Transducer was used to touch the pericardial menbrance over the ventricle of clam, the transduction system jioned Piezoelectric Transducer to the Autobalance Recorder Model XWT- 206. The wave of heart-beat was recorded hy the instrument Piezoelectric Transducer. The measured rang of the contraction, the heart rate(the number of heart-beat/min) and the value of cardiac work(the heart rate the rang of the heart cotraction) provided the basis for measuring living forces of freshwater clam .
