| 摘 要： | 根据模块化设计和再设计工程的思想进行了液压集成块 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ／ Ｃ Ａ Ｍ 系统的设计，针对其中液压集成块内部孔系的连通设计及其通断性校验、液压集成块孔系加工的路径规划等问题进行了研究，从而提高了液压集成块的设计、加工效率和质量．

| Abstract: | By using the techniques in the expert system, a knowledge base for the design of how to connect the holes with various sizes and shapes in hydraulic manifold blocks is established and used for the design of such blocks. Meanwhile, thorough studies on the problems such as the check of holes in hydraulic manifold blocks for their interconnection and the tool path planning in the NC machining of those holes are also made. Thus, the design of CAD/CAM system for hydraulic manifold blocks has been implemented so that the efficiency of designing and machining the blocks can be promoted while the quality can be assured. |
