| 摘 要： | 本文研究计算机网络上中文明码报文的安全性问题．每一中文报文可以看作为一字块，其语文意义强烈依赖于报文中的字符的排列．有鉴于此，本文首先提出了对报文实行乱序的一种经济方法；接着讨论了为扰乱窃密者而插入添加字符的原则和策略；最后，设计了一个容易实现且占用保留字少的保密系统．

| Abstract: | Ths paper studies the security of Chinese charater message of plian code in computer network.Each Chinese text can be regarded as a block and its semantic meaning strongly depends on theorder of all characters. Based on this,an economic method is presented to disorder thearrangement of all characters in the message,Then discussed are the principles and tactics ofinserting additive characters to in terfere the pilferers of secrecy. The paper presents a securecommunication system which is easy to implement and occupies only a few reserved characters. |
