| 摘 要： | 本文描述的是通过自己设计的水蒸气蒸馏装置,从烟叶中提取烟碱的实验方法。该法与教材中1]描述的方法相比,具有操作程序简单、快速、节省试剂、便于分离提纯、产率高等特点,是一个很好的大学有机化学实验。

| Abstract: | The experiment method of extracting nicotine from tobacco leaf is described in this paper with the steam distillation device which we have designed.In comparison with the method which has been described in teaching material,this method possesses many advantages such as simple and quick operation,economization of reagent,easy separation and purification,high product rate,therefore this experiment can be well used in organic chemistry experiment of university. |
